BOAT DESCRIPTION
The boat is classified 5* rating, 32 m long, 7.60 m wide and has 2 masts, with cruising speed of 9.5 NM. It has 18 cabins on the main and lower decks, all fully air-conditioned, with queensize bed or twin beds with possibility for an additional bed, cupboard, cabinet and window or porthole, bathroom with shower, toilette and wash basin. CRUISE INFORMATION
Thank you for participating on our cruise with sailing ship "EDEN" along the Adriatic coast!
This will be your cruising route:
SPLIT – BRAČ - MAKARSKA - KORČULA – DUBROVNIK – MLJET – HVAR – SPLIT
Departure is from Split harbor on Day 2 after breakfast. Check in on Day 1 from 13:00. You will be able to leave your baggage on the boat, but cabin will be ready for you earliest by 13:00.
Split harbor – the main ferry harbor (look for signs “TRAJEKTNA LUKA”) in Split where the central bus and train terminals are! Unfortunately we cannot provide dock number as ships are arranges differently each Saturday according to directions from the Port Authority, however there will be ATLAS representative around the harbor.
Your ship will have its name written “EDEN” it as well as the sign “ATLAS”. If you require any information you can always connect our main office at +385 20 44 26 19 in case of EMERIGENCIES only or contact our representative Mr. Nino Vukov ( mobile number +385 91 285 24 54) if you are late, lost or similar!
Before you departure we would like to give you some useful information,
Please note that if you have booked an ON DECK CABIN that these cabins are situated on UPPER and MAIN DECKS. LOWER DECK cabins are situated in the hull of the ship. Cabins are allocated according to the time of booking and special requests made at the time of reservation.
Due to limited space in your cabin we recommend you to take as little luggage as possible – a swimming suit and swimming towels, a pair of shorts, a few T-shirts and good mood will suffice! We also recommend to take some clothes for possible cooler evenings (for example some sporting fitting, windbreaker or similar). In most cabins you will be able to store your suitcases under the bed in your cabin. Fishing gears, snorkeling masks. Lilos. Etc are not available on boat and therefore we recommend to bring your own, or to buy one at places en route.
First service on board is DINNER on the day of arrival !
Special note:
The Captain reserves the right to change the route in case of bad weather conditions.
Guests have to follow ship rules ( see below but also to be found in written form on the ship) esp. with regards to not bringing drinks on-board and in case of bad behavior Captain reserves the right in asking clients to disembark.

BEHAVIOUR, SHIP RULES & PROBLEM RESOLUTION
We share our responsibility to protect Croatia's environment, customs and traditions with our guests and require that our travelers respect the Captain and have consideration for his boat as it represents his family's livelihood. The following ship rules are to protect our customers on the boats and we expect all clients to have consideration for other people.
If in our reasonable opinion or in the reasonable opinion of anyone in authority, you or any third party, we are entitled to terminate the travel arrangements of the person(s) concerned with no refund.
1.All passengers on board are obliged to abide to the captain's orders, as he is responsible for the safety of all passengers and the crew.
2.Passports have to be given to the Captain for registration.
3.Jumping or diving from the boat during navigation and swimming far from the boat or coast should be avoided.
4.During rough weather (large waves, wind) it's not allowed to walk on the boat, but if necessary, movement should be done with care.
5.Safety belts are placed under the seats in the benches of the main salon or under the bunks in the cabins.
6.As the boat is explicitly acoustic all passengers are asked to behave accordingly.
7.Kindly respect night peace on the boat, which officially starts at midnight (without exception).
8.Smoking in the cabins and restaurant area is not permitted.
9.Passengers are not permitted to bring drinks and food on the boat except fruit, cakes, cookies or similar.
10.Any damage by any passenger must be compensated to the Captain.
11.It is strictly forbidden to throw rubbish into the sea.
12.Water is problem on every boat, so it is necessary to be conservative with it. The same applies to the electricity which runs on a generator.
13.For safety and security reasons climbing on the masts is forbidden.
14.Guests are obliged to respect meal times on board, which are placed on board in the salon.
15.The floors on a boat can often be wet and slippery so running across the boat is not allowed. Passenger should take extra care crossing between the boats when they are docked together in port. Do not hesitate to ask a crew member for assistance when crossing. Any moving around and between the ships are the individuals responsibility , so please do take care.
16.SAFETY MEASURES – All ships are quipped with life jackets for each passenger and crew member. Life jackets can be found under the bed in your cabins or under the seats in the restaurant area. All the ships have a small boat or inflatable safety raft that could be used in case of emergency.
We only wish for happy customers on our boats and until we know about a problem or complaint, we cannot begin to resolve it. Most problems can be dealt with quickly as there is no reason to endure ongoing problems on your trip. The Captain and crew will be available to assist and will do their best to make your stay on board a most pleasurable one. PAYMENT INFORMATION
How to Make Your Reservation: After selecting your tour, simply click on BOOK NOW button, and fill in the booking form, with as much details as possible. Please make your reservations as early as possible since many of our tours are completely filled 4 to 6 months before departure.
Deposit: Once you are confirmed the availability of tour, we will send you a request for deposit. The deposit can be done in two ways: credit card (VISA, AMEX, Diners, Mastercard), or money transfer order to our bank account. The amount of deposit differs depending on the tour, but is usually 30% of the total amount.
Final Payment: Upon receiving the deposit, you will be sent a confirmation and a pro-forma invoice for the final payment. VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express and Diners card may be used, however, final payment is preferred by money order and is due 45 days prior to the departure date. If reservations are made less than 45 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Avansa Travel d.o.o. may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.
Pricing: Price quoted is per person based on double occupancy. The Operator reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, imposed fuel surcharges, taxes, charges and levies imposed by any third party including government and its agencies. Should these change the price of your tour by more than 10% you may cancel without penalty within 7 days after we notify you of the increase.
Cancellation, Changes & Refunds: If your cancellation in writing is received, more than 15 days prior to departure, your deposit will be FULLY REFUNDED. For cancellations or changes thereafter, the following cancelation fees will apply:

In addition, no refunds are made for unused portions of a tour or cruise including but not limited to missed meals or sightseeing, motorcoach travel and the non-use of hotel rooms.
Refund claims: Any complaint about your tour should be made immediately to the tour director.
All refund claims must be submitted to Avansa Travel in writing within 30 days of the completion of the tour.
IMPORTANT:
Booking is considered to be finalized upon recipient of confirmation from Avansa Travel ltd.
You MUST provide us with passport details and ensure you have valid travel documents (passport obligatory and visa if required). All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Requirements may change and you must check the up-to-date position in good time before departure. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by you. We regret we cannot accept liability if you are refused entry on to any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.Inform yourself regarding traveling to Croatia / Bosnia and Herzegovina / Montenegro / Macedonia / Albania.
