The prices shown above are for one way trip. Unfortunately for this trip it is not possible to reserve tickets or to buy it on-line. Passengers are obliged to purchase tickets at least 10 min. before departure. Only in Dubrovnik it is possible to buy tickets up to 2 days before the trip.
Bicycles are considered cargo and as such shouldn't be allowed to be taken onboard ships sailing on high-speed lines. However, captain has a right to decide (just before departure, based on current situation) if bicycle can be taken aboard and at what cost.
During high season (July and August) it often happens that tickets are sold way in advance so be ready to purchase tickets either one day before or at least one hour before departure.
Sobra is the main point of entry to Mljet Island with year round daily car ferries to Dubrovnik and summer ferries to Prapratno on the Peljesac Peninsula. From Sobra it's easy to reach Pomena and Polace, the entry points to the Mljet National Park (29km) as well as Saplunara (16km).
Polace is on the northern coast of Mljet Island at the end of a deep and islet-sheltered bay. As Polace is next to one of the main entrances to Mljet National Park, it receives a fair amount of visitors in the summer, especially when there is a daily catamaran, the Nona Ana, connecting Polace with Dubrovnik.
