DAY 1 SPLIT - Arrival
Upon arrival at Split Airport, transfer to hotel.
Overnight in Split.

DAY 2 City Tour of Dubrovnik
Sightseeing tour of Split, including the Diocletian’s Palace (305 A.D.), surrounded by walls with four gates, the ancient basements, the Peristyle, the Jupiter’s Temple and the Cathedral of St. Duimus with its bell tower. Time at leisure to explore on your own its narrow paved streets and palaces, the City Museum, the Archeological Museum or the Vidovic Gallery with permanent exhibition of the famous modern Croatian painter Emanuel Vidovic (1870-1953).

DAY 3 Full day excursion: Salona & Trogir
The excursion starts with a drive from Split to Solin, followed by a visit to the Archeological Park of Salonae. We tour Tusculum Museum, Porta Caesarea, Forum, baths, parts of the city walls, the Theatre and city necropolis with a sarcophagus. Solin developed on the location of the ancient town of Salonae which was the capital of the Roman province of Dalmatia and the birthplace of Emperor Diocletian. After the arrival of Avars and Slavs in the 7th century, the town was destroyed and its refugees moved to the settlement in and around the Diocletian's Palace, Spalatum (Split). A visit to Solin is followed by a drive to Trogir, ancient Tragurion, a fortified mediaeval town included in the UNESCO’s List of World Cultural Heritage. Explore on your own the Cathedral of St. Lawrence with the famous main portal by Radovan, the most significant Romanesque piece of art in Dalmatia, the Town Loggia and the Benedictine Monastery (founded in 1064) where a Greek relief is kept, representing Kairos (the God of auspicios mo ments).

DAY 4 SPLIT - Departure
Transfer from hotel to Split Airport.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How to Make Your Reservation: After selecting your tour, simply click on BOOK NOW button, and fill in the booking form, with as much details as possible. Please make your reservations as early as possible since many of our tours are completely filled 4 to 6 months before departure.

Deposit: Once you are confirmed the availability of tour, we will send you a request for deposit. The deposit can be done in two ways: credit card (VISA, AMEX, Diners, Mastercard), or money transfer order to our bank account. The amount of deposit differs depending on the tour, but is usually 30% of the total amount.

Final Payment: Upon receiving the deposit, you will be sent a confirmation and a pro-forma invoice for the final payment. VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express and Diners card may be used, however, final payment is preferred by money order and is due 45 days prior to the departure date. If reservations are made less than 45 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Avansa Travel d.o.o. may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.

Pricing: Price quoted is per person based on double occupancy. The Operator reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, imposed fuel surcharges, taxes, charges and levies imposed by any third party including government and its agencies. Should these change the price of your tour by more than 10% you may cancel without penalty within 7 days after we notify you of the increase.

Cancellation, Changes & Refunds: If your cancellation in writing is received, more than 15 days prior to departure, your deposit will be FULLY REFUNDED. For cancellations or changes thereafter, the following cancelation fees will apply:

Less than 3 Days 100% of tour cost


In addition, no refunds are made for unused portions of a tour or cruise including but not limited to missed meals or sightseeing, motorcoach travel and the non-use of hotel rooms.

Refund claims: Any complaint about your tour should be made immediately to the tour director.
All refund claims must be submitted to Avansa Travel in writing within 30 days of the completion of the tour.


IMPORTANT:

Booking is considered to be finalized upon recipient of confirmation from Avansa Travel ltd.

You MUST provide us with passport details and ensure you have valid travel documents (passport obligatory and visa if required). All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Requirements may change and you must check the up-to-date position in good time before departure. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by you. We regret we cannot accept liability if you are refused entry on to any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.
