Island Lopud

DAY 1 Arrival
Transfer from Dubrovnik airport or pier to Dubrovnik, free time in Dubrovnik until 20:00 h. Departure by ferry to the island of Lopud where clients are welcomed by local host. The island of Lopud will delight you with its rich vegetation, mild Mediterranean climate and two splendid sandy beaches. With the exception of some bikes, there is no traffic on the island. Two 16th c castles, along with lovely stone houses, give the place a picturesque air. Welcome dinner - the participants of the tour will have an opportunity to meet each other and get the basic information from their guide.

DAY 2 Paddling to the island of Koločep
After breakfast which is served on the terrace of the local restaurant we gather at the beach and start with first instructions in shallow protected bay: the guide will explain safety procedures and give the tips on paddling technique. After the instructions we paddle along the outer scenic side of Lopud to sandy beach of Sunj - which is at the other side of the island. There we will stop for swimming and traditional local game 'picigin'. Afternoon: optional paddling to the island of St. Andrew or relaxing on the beach.
Daily activity: aprx. 1 hour of instructions, 3 hours of paddling, 2 hours of snorkeling & swimming
Paddling distance: 7.5km or 14 km (with St. Andrew's)
Dinner and overnight LOPUD.
Cliffs on Kolocep island

DAY 3 Paddling: Koločep - Lopud
After breakfast we take the boat to the island of Kolocep. Paddling along outer side of Kolocep Island along the green forests touching clear water, breathtaking steep cliffs, stunning blue caves, rock formations. You will be amazed by Kolocep's stunning coastline; the island has two completely different sides- the quiet inland side with a romantic village and sandy beach; and the wild dramatic coast facing the open sea. Stop will be made for relaxing and exploring the scenic village of Donje Celo. Free time for lunch. In late afternoon we paddle back to Lopud.

Brsecine village

DAY 4 Paddling: Lopud - Trsteno - Brsecine
After breakfast we paddle across Kolocep Channel to Trsteno (mainland). Trsteno is an old seaside village with a rich history; famous for its collection of cultivated and exotic trees and plant species in a 15th century Renaissance Park, as well as excellent examples of Dubrovnik summer manor architecture, including a villa, pavilion, aqueduct, Baroque fountain, and churches. The shady arboretum is a perfect place to relax after paddling. In the afternoon we paddle to pebble beach of Brsecine. This stretch of coastline has fascinating caves and isolated beaches, There are many opportunities to explore, swim, snorkel, and relax. In the afternoon we paddle back to Lopud.

Sudjuradj

DAY 5 Paddling: Lopud - Šipan
Your luggage will be transferred from Lopud to the accommodation in Sudjuradj (island of Sipan) After breakfast morning paddling to Sudjuradj - on the island of Šipan. Sometimes called the Golden Island, Šipan is the largest and most populated of the Elaphite Islands. The mild winter climate, the ideal position and fertile dolomite valley, located between two limestone ridges, are still a challenge for every visitor. Much of the island is overgrown with Mediterranean maquis, but it is also rich in vineyards and olive groves. Charming fishermen village of Sudjuradj is will delight you with its old traditional limestone houses and Renaissance castles. Welcome dinner at local restaurant in Sudjuradj.
Daily activity: Aprx. 2 hours of paddling, 3 hours of snorkeling and swimming
Dinner and overnight SUDJURADJ.
Luka Sipanska

DAY 6 Paddling: Sudjuradj - Šipanska Luka
Paddling from Lopud to island of Šipan, Luka Šipanska, once the center of Authority of Dubrovnik Republic, the natural setting as well as the historical buildings are unique there. Šipan has also an exciting history -including conquers, aristocrats, and pirates. Its historic and cultural sites include a fortress, summer manor houses, a monastery and numerous Renaissance and Baroque churches. Cross the island to Sudjuradj nested in a scenic bay, with numerous historical monuments, castles, churches and Renaissance summer manors.
Daily activity: Aprx. 3 hours of paddling, 3 hours of snorkeling and swimming
Paddling distance: 14 km
Overnight SUDJURADJ.
Free day kayaking

DAY 7 Optional self guided paddling
After breakfast - local bus or walking to Šipanska Luka. Paddling from Šipanska Luka to Sudjuradj from other side of the island, passing near the small islets, secluded small beaches and green pine forests.
Daily activity: Aprx. 4 hours of paddling, 2 hours of snorkeling and swimming
Paddling distance: 19 km
Overnight SUDJURADJ.

Transfer from the island of Šipan to Dubrovnik airport

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How to Make Your Reservation: After selecting your tour, simply click on BOOK NOW button, and fill in the booking form, with as much details as possible. Please make your reservations as early as possible since many of our tours are completely filled 4 to 6 months before departure.

Deposit: Once you are confirmed the availability of tour, we will send you a request for deposit. The deposit can be done in two ways: credit card (VISA, AMEX, Diners, Mastercard), or money transfer order to our bank account. The amount of deposit differs depending on the tour, but is usually 30% of the total amount.

Final Payment: Upon receiving the deposit, you will be sent a confirmation and a pro-forma invoice for the final payment. VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express and Diners card may be used, however, final payment is preferred by money order and is due 45 days prior to the departure date. If reservations are made less than 45 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Avansa Travel d.o.o. may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.

Pricing: Price quoted is per person based on double occupancy. The Operator reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, imposed fuel surcharges, taxes, charges and levies imposed by any third party including government and its agencies. Should these change the price of your tour by more than 10% you may cancel without penalty within 7 days after we notify you of the increase.

Cancellation, Changes & Refunds: If your cancellation in writing is received, more than 15 days prior to departure, your deposit will be FULLY REFUNDED. For cancellations or changes thereafter, the following cancelation fees will apply:

In addition, no refunds are made for unused portions of a tour or cruise including but not limited to missed meals or sightseeing, motorcoach travel and the non-use of hotel rooms.

Refund claims: Any complaint about your tour should be made immediately to the tour director.
All refund claims must be submitted to Avansa Travel in writing within 30 days of the completion of the tour.

IMPORTANT:

Booking is considered to be finalized upon recipient of confirmation from Avansa Travel ltd.

You MUST provide us with passport details and ensure you have valid travel documents (passport obligatory and visa if required). All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Requirements may change and you must check the up-to-date position in good time before departure. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by you. We regret we cannot accept liability if you are refused entry on to any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.
