Zagreb

DAY 1 Tuesday ZAGREB - Arrival
Upon arrival at Zagreb Airport, transfer to the hotel where you will meet your tour guide.
Dinner and overnight in Zagreb.

Plitvice

DAY 2 Wednesday ZAGREB - BLED - LJUBLJANA
Morning city tour of Zagreb, including the fortified Upper Town, city's historical centre, St. Mark's Church with its multicoloured roof, the Cathedral, the Croatian National Theatre and the University. Free time, then departure towards Slovenia. Explore lake Bled and it's montanious environs and stunning topography. Continue to Ljubljana.
Dinner and overnight in Ljubljana.

Split

DAY 3 Thursday LJUBLJANA - PLITVICE 
Morning city tour of Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia and home to one of the oldest Philharmonics in the world. Explore the baroque town buildings and stroll beside majestic Ljubljana river. Departure for Plitviceand then tour the Plitvice Lakes National Park on the UNESCO's list of World Natural Heritage. Sixteen lakes, each at a different level are connected in a series of cascading waterfalls. Surrounded by dense wood, Plitvice Lakes are a natural phenomenon of a rare and unique beauty.
Dinner in a local restaurant and overnight in Plitvice.

Dubrovnik

DAY 4 Friday PLITVICE - TROGIR - SPLIT 
Morning departure for Trogir, where we visit the Cathedral of St. Lawrence. Continuation to Split; city tour of Split including the Diocletian's Palace on the UNESCO's List of World Cultural Heritage with the Peristyle, the Jupiter's Temple and teh Cathedral. 
Dinner and overnight in Split.

Dubrovnik

DAY 5 Saturday SPLIT - DUBROVNIK
After breakfast departure for Dubrovnik via Bosnia and Herzegovina. Short stop in Mostar, recently included in the UNESCO's List of World Cultural Heritage with its elegant Bridge, Old Bazaar, the Mosque and a typical Turkish house. Continuation to Dubrovnik. Afternoon city tour of Dubrovnik, included on UNESCO's List of World Cultural Heritage. You will visit the Franciscan Monastery with Europe's third oldest pharmacy, the Rector's Palace and the Cathedral.
Dinner and overnight in Dubrovnik.

Budva

DAY 6 Sunday DUBROVNIK 
Day at leisure in Dubrovnik.
Dinner and overnight in Dubrovnik.

Tirana

DAY 7 Monday DUBROVNIK - BUDVA / Montenegro - SHKODRA / Albania - TIRANA
Departure for Tirana; we drive inland to Budva known for its Old City encircled by walls from the Venetian period. Continuation to Shkodra, once the capital of the Illyrian Kingdom (3rd century B.C.).

Ohrid

DAY 8 Tuesday TIRANA  - OHRID / Macedonia
Albanian history, also housing the finds from archeologicalsites across the country. Afternoon departure for Ohrid, driving via Elbasan and crossing the Macedonian border at Cafasan.

Skopje

DAY 09 Wednesday OHRID
Full day in the lakeside resort of Ohrid, classified at UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage site. Through the activity of St. Clement and St. Naum of Ohrid, the first pan-Slavic University in europe, the famous "Ohrid Literary School" was founded here. Mornign sightseeing tour includes the Church of St. Sofia (11th century), the most eminent mediaeval monument in Macedonia with magnificent Byzantine fresco paintings and St. Clement Church with its icon of Annunciation. Afternoon short drive to St. Naum Monastery, built on the shores of Ohrid Lake in 900 A.D. and dedicated to the Slavic missionary and educator St. Naum of Ohrid.
Overnight in Ohrid.

Kolasin

DAY 10 Thursday OHRID - SKOPJE 
Morning departure for Skopje. Sightseeing tour of Skopje, including the Kale Fortress, Church of the Holy Savior with its iconostas, one of the finest samples of traditional walnut woodcarving, Old Bazaar and Stone Bridge. We drive to the slopes of the Vodno Mountain where we visit the Monastery of St. Panteleimon with its 12th century iconostas and frescoes ranking among the highest achievements of Byzantine art of this period.

Kotor

DAY 11 Friday SKOPJE - KOLAŠIN / Montenegro
Morning departure for Kolašin, driving via Peć and Berane and along the impressive Morača River Canyon. Afternoon arrival at Kolašin, the town spreading on the left bank of the river Tara, situated at the altitude of 954 m. The whole area is surrounded by the thick pine forest of the Bjelasica Mountain and is a popular skiing and air spa resort.

DAY 12 Saturday KOLAŠIN - CETINJE - KOTOR - DUBROVNIK 
Morning departure for Cetinje where we visit King Nikola's Museum, once the residence of the Montenegrin King Nikola I Petrović. Continuation to Kotor, classified as UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage site, where we visit its Romanesque Cathedral dedicated to St Triphon, the city's patron saint. We conitnue to Dubrovnik, driving along the picturesque Bay of Kotor.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How to Make Your Reservation: After selecting your tour, simply click on SEND REQUEST button, and fill in the booking form, with as much details as possible. Please make your reservations as early as possible since many of our tours are completely filled 4 to 6 months before departure.

Payment Method: Once you are confirmed the availability of tour, we will send you pro forma invoice for deposit and final payment. Payments can be done in three ways: PAYPAL, credit card (VISA, AMEX, and MasterCard), or money transfer order to our bank account. If paying by PAYPAL processing fee of 3% applies.

Deposit: The amount of deposit differs depending on the tour, but is usually 30% of the total amount and is due from 7 to 14 days after the reservation. Upon receiving the deposit or credit card authorization form, you will be sent a deposit confirmation.

Final Payment: Final payment is usually due 45 days prior to the departure date. If reservations are made less than 45 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Avansa Travel d.o.o. may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.

Confirmation: Once we receive the final payment in total amount you will be sent the VOUCHER with booking details. Please print it and take it with you to present it to our travel representative at the airport.

Pricing: Price quoted is per person based on double occupancy. The Operator reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, imposed fuel surcharges, taxes, charges and levies imposed by any third party including government and its agencies. Should these change the price of your tour by more than 10% you may cancel without penalty within 7 days after we notify you of the increase.

Cancellation, Changes and Refunds: If your cancellation in writing is received more than 45 days prior to departure, your deposit will be FULLY REFUNDED. For cancellations or changes thereafter, the following cancellation fees will apply:

In addition, no refunds are made for unused portions of a tour including but not limited to missed meals or sightseeing, motorcoach travel and the non-use of hotel rooms.

Refund claims: Any complaint about your tour should be made immediately to the tour director.
All refund claims must be submitted to Avansa Travel in writing within 15 days of the completion of the tour.


IMPORTANT:

Booking is considered to be finalized upon recipient of confirmation from Avansa Travel ltd.

You MUST provide us with passport details if requested and ensure you have valid travel documents (passport obligatory and visa if required). All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveller. Requirements may change and you must check the up-to-date position in good time before departure. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by you. We cannot accept liability if you are refused entry on to any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.
