Dubrovnik

Day 1: Dubrovnik - arrival
Upon arrival at Dubrovnik Airport, you will be transferred to hotel. Time at leisure for the rest of the day.

Day 2: Dubrovnik - Sightseeing tour
After the breakfast you will meet your private licensed guide at the reception of the hotel who will take you for a two hour private sightseeing tour of Dubrovnik. You will sample the rich history, culture, and architecture of this magnificent Pearl of Adriatic. The rest of the day is free to do your own discovering.

Day 3: Dubrovnik - Daytrip to Montenegro - 140km
Pickup the car in front of your hotel and go for the day tour on your own to explore the scenic Kotor bay. The fjord of Kotor that goes deep inland, with high cliffs and mountains lays just beyond the border of Croatia. Stop in Perast for visiting the island of “Gospa od Škrpjela” (our Lady of Rock). Continue to Kotor for sightseeing of this small city enriched by its maritime tradition. Return to the hotel in late afternoon hours.

Day 4: Dubrovnik - Mostar - Sarajevo - 240km
After breakfast and check out morning departure for Sarajevo. Driving up the coast, through Dubrovnik littoral and along Neretva river will bring you to Mostar a truly unique town that lays on both river beds. Explore the Old City of Mostar, recently included in the UNESCO’s List of World Cultural Heritage, its elegant Bridge, Old Bazaar, the Mosque with a typical Turkish house. In early afternoon hours continue to Sarajevo.

Day 5: Sarajevo
Take this day to explore in deep the capital of Bosnia & Herzegovina, Sarajevo. A town where the centuries of the Turkish rule left many important monuments and rich culture. Our advice is to visit town's most important sights such as Baščaršija, Gazi Husref Bey Mosque, Cathedral, Church of the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel and Tunnel War Museum. Don’t forget to taste some of the Bosnian traditional dishes.

Day 6: Sarajevo - Trogir - 300km
Early departure to Trogir. After the check-in, take the afternoon at your leisure to explore the city. This picturesque town was built on a small island and connected with the continent by a stone bridge. The town is a true cultural gem, with its narrow streets and magnificent St. Lawrence cathedral.

Day 7: Trogir - Skradin - Plitvice - 240km
Today you will take a drive to Plitvice Lakes, but don’t forget to visit small town of Skradin that is situated just 20 km off the highway. This historic town is the gate to Krka waterfalls National Park worth seeing. Arrival to Plitvice in afternoon hours.

Day 8: Plitvice
One of the best natural attractions in the world is The Plitvice Lakes National Park. It consists of sixteen crystal clear lakes interlinked by cascading waterfalls. Enjoy walking some of the paths and trails that offer nature lovers with magnificent views and great biological diversity.

Day 9: Plitvice - Postojna - Bled - 340km
Take a journey north to Postojna - Slovenija, home to one of the largest cave complexes in the world. Take a tour of the underground world by miniature electric train. Afterwards, continue to Bled, beautifully set on a lake shore amidst the Julian Alps.

Day 10: Bled
Reserve this day to explore the beauties of Bled. Your sightseeing tour should include the charming town streets with the lakeshore, and imposing Bled Castle, perched on a cliff high above the lake. If you have time visit the small island in the middle of the lake.

Day 11: Bled - Ljubljana - Zagreb - 200km
Not a long drive from Bled is Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. Start your day with a walking tour, visiting the most significant sights of the old city centre: the picturesque Central open-air Market and the Three Bridges, Baroque Town Hall and Robba’s Fountain. In the afternoon hours, continue to Zagreb, the capital city of Croatia.

Day 12: Zagreb - Zadar - Split - 400km
Enjoy in the morning walk of the Zagreb streets, lively and colorful. Take a stroll of the historic Upper Town, St. Mark’s Church, St. Catherine’s Church, the Cathedral, the Parliament and the Government Palace. In the afternoon hours leave for Split.

Day 13: Split
In the morning hours take time to explore the historic inner city, built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site. See the remains of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Perisil and the Cathedral.

Day 14: Split - Ston - Dubrovnik - 220km
Morning departure to Dubrovnik. This time you take a scenic drive along the coast passing by numerous small towns and villages. Take a stop in Makarska for a coffee, or in medieval town of Ston for a best seafood dish in this area. Arrival to Dubrovnik in the afternoon hours.

Breakfast followed by departure transfer to Dubrovnik Airport.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How to Make Your Reservation: After selecting your tour, simply click on SEND REQUEST button, and fill in the booking form, with as much details as possible. Please make your reservations as early as possible since many of our tours are completely filled 4 to 6 months before departure.

Payment Method: Once you are confirmed the availability of tour, we will send you pro forma invoice for deposit and final payment. Payments can be done in three ways: PAYPAL, credit card (VISA, AMEX,and Mastercard), or money transfer order to our bank account. 

Deposit: The amount of deposit differs depending on the tour, but is usually 30% of the total amount adn is due from 7 to 14 days after the reservation. Upon receiving the deposit or credit card authorization form, you will be sent a depostit confirmation.

Final Payment: Final payment is usually due 45 days prior to the departure date. If reservations are made less than 45 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Avansa Travel d.o.o. may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.

Confirmation: Once we recieve the final payment in total ammount you will be sent the VOUCHER with booking details. Please print it and take it with you to present it to our travel representative at the airport.

Pricing: Price quoted is per person based on double occupancy. The Operator reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, imposed fuel surcharges, taxes, charges and levies imposed by any third party including government and its agencies. Should these change the price of your tour by more than 10% you may cancel without penalty within 7 days after we notify you of the increase.

Cancellation, Changes and Refunds: If your cancellation in writing is received more than 45 days prior to departure, your deposit will be FULLY REFUNDED. For cancellations or changes thereafter, the following cancelation fees will apply:

In addition, no refunds are made for unused portions of a tour including but not limited to missed meals or sightseeing, motorcoach travel and the non-use of hotel rooms.

Refund claims: Any complaint about your tour should be made immediately to the tour director.
All refund claims must be submitted to Avansa Travel in writing within 15 days of the completion of the tour.


IMPORTANT:

Booking is considered to be finalized upon recipient of confirmation from Avansa Travel ltd.

You MUST provide us with passport details and ensure you have valid travel documents (passport obligatory and visa if required). All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Requirements may change and you must check the up-to-date position in good time before departure. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by you. We cannot accept liability if you are refused entry on to any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.
