DAY 1 Sunday HVAR - Arrival
Meeting at Hvar Adventure Office and welcome drink in the evening where you will be introduced to your guide. You will also get the opportunity to get to know better all members of the team and the group, be informed about the program and make arrangements for the following day.

DAY 2 Monday SAILING TO VIS ISLAND
10:00 AM - Sailing to Vis Island. We will sail in one of the best parts of Adriatic, and favourite destination of people who love the sea and islands. We sail from Hvar through the Pakleni Islands to sandy beach called Stoncica. We will stop there for swimming and lunch in great local restaurant on the beach. Snorkelling gear is included, so you can explore the underwater world while taking the break. We return to Hvar at around 6:00 PM. Daily activity: approx.4 hrs sailing + 2 hrs for lunch, snorkelling & swimming

DAY 3 Tuesday HIKING
8:00 AM - Hiking tour starts from the peak of St. Nikola. We`ll be transfered to the starting point of the hiking tour. The hiking tour leads you through olive groves and vineyards, following ancient paths treaded by locals who still cultivate their land in the same way their ancestors used to. It is difficult to imagine how much effort and hard work is required to grow grapes in vineyards on steep slopes going all the way from the sea to the top. The trail takes us along the old road made of stone blocks which was once the only communication between the south and the north sides of the island. When you reach the peak of Sveti Nikola at 636m above the sea level, you will have a wonderful view of all the surrounding islands. On the way down you will stop at a beautiful cave and finally arrive in the village of Sveta Nedjelja where lunch will be served in one of the local restaurants. Since we continue along the coastal part, there will be a chance for swimming in one of the beautiful bays on the way. We return to Hvar at around 5:00 PM. Daily activity: approx. 4.5 hrs hiking + 2 hrs for lunch and swimming

DAY 4 Wednesday SEA KAYAKING
9:00 AM - Starting point of kayaking tour is the town of Hvar. You set off to the group of small islands called Pakleni. The origin of the name goes back to old days when the islands were the main source of rosin for local shipbuilders. Today, just like then, the islands are covered with thick pine woods providing refreshing shade even during the hottest summer days. Besides the well-known beach of Palmižana, the route through narrow straits and along the islands reveals small hidden pebble beaches where you can enjoy the privilege of having, at least temporarily, a beach of your own. There are a few pleasant bars and restaurants next to the sea, offering cold drinks and good food, where we will have lunch. Along with tasteful food and home-made wine you can enjoy peacefulness and beauty of the scenery. Snorkelling gear is included, so you can enjoy beautiful underwater scenery of the Pakleni Archipelago. We return to Hvar at around 2:00 PM. Daily activity: approx. 3 hrs kayaking + 2 hrs for lunch, snorkelling/swimming.

DAY 5 Thursday OFF ROAD ISLAND TOUR
9:00 AM - Island tour by jeeps. Starting point of the tour is the town of Hvar. We drive through western part of the island, visiting abandoned villages and natural beauties. After every 30mnts we make short breaks which we use to tell you various stories about the island connected to a particular spot. On our way we visit a beautiful bay and beach, where we will stop for swimming and lunch in a small restaurant on the beach. We return to Hvar at around 6:00 PM. Daily activity: approx. 4 hrs driving + 2 hrs for lunch and swimming .

DAY 6 Friday ROCK CLIMBING
4:30 PM - You will learn about the gear which you are going to use and basic climbing techniques. If there are experienced climbers in the group, they can choose other more demanding routes. After climbing you can relax your muscles while swimming in the crystal clear water. We return to Hvar by sunset, at around 8:00 PM. Daily activity: approx. 3.5 hrs

DAY 7 Saturday DAY FOR RELAXING
Relax. Take a break, enjoy morning cup of coffee on the main square, explore the town of Hvar, take swim, drink a glass of wine in one of the local bars, feel the atmosphere in the ancient town of Hvar.

DAY 8 Sunday DEPARTURE
Transfer to the port of Stari Grad. Ferry to Split.

Surcharge for the round-trip transfer from Split Airport to Hvar:

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How to Make Your Reservation: After selecting your tour, simply click on SEND REQUEST button, and fill in the booking form, with as much details as possible. Please make your reservations as early as possible since many of our tours are completely filled 4 to 6 months before departure.

Payment Method: Once you are confirmed the availability of tour, we will send you pro forma invoice for deposit and final payment. Payments can be done in three ways: PAYPAL, credit card (VISA, AMEX,and Mastercard), or money transfer order to our bank account. 

Deposit: The amount of deposit differs depending on the tour, but is usually 30% of the total amount adn is due from 7 to 14 days after the reservation. Upon receiving the deposit or credit card authorization form, you will be sent a depostit confirmation.

Final Payment: Final payment is usually due 45 days prior to the departure date. If reservations are made less than 45 days prior to departure, payment in full is required at the time of booking. If final payments are not received on time, Avansa Travel d.o.o. may cancel the reservation and invoke the cancellation fee.

Confirmation: Once we recieve the final payment in total ammount you will be sent the VOUCHER with booking details. Please print it and take it with you to present it to our travel representative at the airport.

Pricing: Price quoted is per person based on double occupancy. The Operator reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, imposed fuel surcharges, taxes, charges and levies imposed by any third party including government and its agencies. Should these change the price of your tour by more than 10% you may cancel without penalty within 7 days after we notify you of the increase.

Cancellation, Changes and Refunds: If your cancellation in writing is received more than 45 days prior to departure, your deposit will be FULLY REFUNDED. For cancellations or changes thereafter, the following cancelation fees will apply:

In addition, no refunds are made for unused portions of a tour including but not limited to missed meals or sightseeing, motorcoach travel and the non-use of hotel rooms.

Refund claims: Any complaint about your tour should be made immediately to the tour director.
All refund claims must be submitted to Avansa Travel in writing within 15 days of the completion of the tour.

IMPORTANT:

Booking is considered to be finalized upon recipient of confirmation from Avansa Travel ltd.

You MUST provide us with passport details and ensure you have valid travel documents (passport obligatory and visa if required). All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Requirements may change and you must check the up-to-date position in good time before departure. It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by you. We cannot accept liability if you are refused entry on to any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation. If failure to have any necessary travel or other documents results in fines, surcharges or other financial penalty being imposed on us, you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.
